In plain English, here's how we handle your information.
What we collect
When you sign up: your email address, your first name if you choose to share it, when you signed up, and your consent choices. We also record when the Skill is downloaded. If you complete the survey, we store your answers.
Why we collect it
To give you access to the Alpha Skill, send you a link to the download page, ask once whether it helped, and understand how to improve the tool.
Your boundary conversations stay with your AI platform
This website never sees your boundary-setting conversations. They happen inside the AI platform you choose (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini) and are covered by that platform's own privacy policy.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host this site, store data securely, and send email. They process information only to provide those services. We don't sell your information.
Emails
We send a download confirmation and, about two days later, a single feedback request (skipped if you've already shared feedback). Occasional updates are sent only if you separately opted in, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Your feedback
Written feedback is kept private and is only read by the You Get a Boundary team.
Deleting your information
Email stuart@cingularis.com and we'll delete your contact details and associated survey responses.
A note on safety
You Get a Boundary is a personal reflection and communication aid. It isn't a substitute for professional mental health care or emergency assistance.
If you're experiencing abuse, threats, or immediate danger, your personal safety comes first — before communicating any boundary. Please contact local emergency services or a trusted support line.
