Installation
Claude
Requirements: A Claude plan that supports Skills (paid plans), with code execution / file creation enabled in settings. Team and Enterprise workspaces may need an admin to allow Skills.
- Download the ZIP above (don't unzip it).
- In Claude, open Settings → Capabilities.
- Make sure code execution is turned on, then find Skills.
- Choose Upload skill and select the ZIP.
- Turn the "You Get a Boundary" skill on, then start a new chat.
Menu names can change — if anything looks different, follow Anthropic's guide.

"I need some help setting a boundary with someone."
Your AI companion will ask a few questions and gently guide the conversation from there.
